in 2018 the school installed scoreboards, cleaned out the infield, installed a permanent fence and improved the foul poles. A donation from Bobby Hite provided much needed grass seed and fertilizer for Soccer and Softball Fields.

In 2019 the Nashville Sounds adopted the Overton Softball field and dedicated employee time, equipment, and additional expertise to improve the field.

In January 2020 MNPS added concrete block dugouts for home and visitors.
